1. General Policy

We generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless required by applicable law. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

 

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and German law (§ 312g BGB), consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing any reason.

 

How to exercise your right of withdrawal:

 

        Notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order (by email or post).

        Return the item(s) in their original, unused condition and original packaging.

        You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

        We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

 

Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalised products, perishable goods, sealed hygiene products that have been opened, or digital content that has already been accessed.

 

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your claim and, where applicable, offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights under EU law.

 

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in all cases, unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

 

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
