1. Overview

We ship to Germany and all European Union member states. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of receiving your payment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order total reaches the minimum threshold. The threshold applies to the product subtotal, excluding shipping costs.

 

3. Order Processing

Orders placed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) before 12:00 noon (CET) are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

During high-demand periods (e.g. sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you by email if there is an unexpected delay.

 

4. Shipping Carriers

The carrier used for your order is selected based on your delivery region and package size. You will be able to track your order via a link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

 

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. We are unable to redirect shipments once they have been dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.

 

6. Delays & Lost Parcels

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking link. If the parcel appears lost or stuck, contact us at [your@email.com] and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

 

Parcels are considered lost after 15 business days (Germany) or 25 business days (EU) from the dispatch date. In such cases, we will offer a replacement shipment or a full refund.

 

7. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contents before opening fully, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your@email.com]. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

 

8. Customs & Import Duties

All orders within Germany and the EU are shipped within the single market and are therefore not subject to customs duties or import taxes.

 

If you are ordering from outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, Norway), additional customs fees and import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.
